Thankful Thursday: We rock the holidays

I thought the holidays might be a challenge. I can't really leave the house with the children until the weekend when Mark is home, so we have had to make our own 'house fun'. Even then I need to migrate to the couch more often than not, the girls have coped just fine.

Oh the fun that's been made......

We've been rocking the house!

Thank goodness for music.

I love how sing star brings out the closet groovers....

the enjoyment.....

the moving love songs.

The concentration and attention to detail!!

Good times!!

Embarrassing mums!

A smidge of baking thrown in.

An older photo, but doesn't this just warm your heart. Children completing chores :-)

Oh and Meg (from MnM's)..........thank you. We love your messages of support and love xxx

Peace, love and loads of light for all of you and your families this Easter!

  1. Looks like you and the girls are having heaps of fun thus far this holidays. No doubt some sweet harmonies being heard :-) Good to know you're still able to rest when needed though. Yay I was so hoping the package would make it in time for Easter. Happy Easter to you and your lovely family too xx

  4. I wish you all a very Happy Easter holiday. It's lovely to see the children enjoying music and actually performing. If I'm honest I'm quite glad that I'm Grandpa age and know that I can enjoy it with the children but that I can also leave when the x-box (or whatever it is) drums and so on get a bit too loud or go on for a bit too long. The joys of parenthood were many and glorious but..... I'm secretly glad they are behind me.

  5. Hi Tracy,
I started following your blog just before you went into hospital. I just wanted to write a wee note to say how inspired I am by you and your beautiful family. Your positive spirit shines through your blog posts as does the love of your family. Good luck with your recovery. Hope you enjoy the holidays.
